Terms of Giveaway contest Lieon 4 to March 18, 2024 
1) Lieon organizes a giveaway contest according to the procedure described below, through which it will give one lucky person the gifts described below. 
2) People over the age of 18 who reside permanently in Greece and have legal capacity can acquire the right to participate in the competition. Excluded are the employees of Lieon and the employees of Lieon-affiliated companies, as well as the persons directly involved with the management of the promotion in question and the relatives of all the above up to the second degree. 
3) The process is as follows: The contest will run from 4/3/2024 to 18/3/2024 11:59 p.m. and one (1) prize will be drawn to one winner. Those who wish to participate in the competition should fill in their details and follow our profile on Instagram according to the steps described on the page: https://www.lieon.gr/ 
4) A lottery will be held to select the winners, which will take place at the Lieon workshop in Lemnos. From the process, one (1) winner will be selected, who will win a prize, which will be shipped by Lieon to the venue of their choice. 
5) The draw will take place on March 18, 2024 and Lieon has the right to cancel the draw or change the date of its holding. 
6) The winner of the gift must provide Lieon with basic information for the delivery of the gift to their premises, such as the address and area. The coordination for the exact dates of sending the gifts will be carried out through lieon.gr 
7) During the draw, a number of alternate winners will be selected, to whom the gift that may not be received in time or will not be awarded to the original winners due to cancellation of the participation will be allocated according to the order of their selection. 
8) Gift winners will be notified by email and announcement on Lieon's Social Media profiles. 
9) Lieon.gr reserves the right to announce the names of the winners on the website www.lieon.gr as well as on its Social Media profiles. By participating in the competition, the 'Participants' give their express and unreserved consent to the above announcement of their names. 
10) If a winner refuses any gift or does not meet the conditions for his participation in the competition or if any attempt to notify him until 3/19/2024 is unsuccessful, the gift will be awarded to the substitute winner. 
11) Participation and the gift are completely personal, non-transferable and not exchangeable for money. Lieon's sole obligation is to guarantee the winner of the prize won. 
12) Lieon has the right to change the conditions of the competition or to withdraw it, at any time, with an announcement on the website www.lieon.gr and on Instagram @lieon.gr.  Lieon reserves the right, at its own discretion, to cancel any entry that it considers to be in violation of the official terms and conditions of the raffle or impairs the fair and impartial conduct of the competition. 
13) Special competition conditions – Personal data: 
We will collect and retain your personal information that is necessary for the execution of this transaction as well as for you to receive information about our activities and our products. These will be held by us at our premises. This information will be accessed by our employees who are related to our transaction or carry out the processing for which you provide your consent and by third parties we use as processors for us to carry out the transaction between us or to provide us services related to the purposes for which we collect your personal data. We will keep your data for the completion of the transaction and after it, to ensure our legal interests or our legal obligations and until the statute of limitations of any claims you or ours have against you or for 45 days from this for the remaining purposes processing mentioned here or in other cases to which we are entitled or required by law. Your information may be transferred within or outside the EU to fully ensure the privacy of your personal information and all your related legal rights. 
In any case, you can contact us as stated above to receive any information you want about your personal data, request their modification, limit, increase or stop their use, their total or partial deletion. For any processing of your personal data that you consider to be unlawful, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Authority. 
14) It is strictly prohibited to modify or attempt to modify the terms herein in any way, with the main purpose of modifying or altering the results of the competition or influencing by automated or unfair means the validity of the results of the competition or the determination of the winner. If it is proven that a participant has emerged (drawn) as a winner in violation of the terms herein, by fraudulent means, he/she will not be awarded his/her prize or any right to possess it will automatically be terminated, and the Organizer in this case reserves all its rights against the person in question due to participant.
